The Avenue (also filed as Avenue Condominiums) is the 36-story, 386-unit high-rise condominium at 210 North Church Street in Historic Fourth Ward. It is one of the two tallest residential buildings in the Fourth Ward inventory — behind only The VUE Charlotte — and the largest pre-recession condominium tower that was built as condominiums and remains condominiums (VUE was built condo, converted to apartments in 2012).
