The Fennimore House at 323 West 9th is an 1895 Craftsman Bungalow. Per Friends of Fourth Ward, the house originally had four rooms; it has since been expanded on the first and second floors, in the rear, and in the attic. The front facade, the front door, and four interior fireplace mantles are original.
